Eng Seng Lim

Eng Seng brings over 20 years of experience spanning healthcare, private equity, and financial services across Asia. As Group Chief Executive Officer at Tamarind Health, he drives the group’s strategic growth initiatives, partnerships, and cross-border expansion, combining his deep expertise in investment and operations.

He has led healthcare investment consulting projects across Hong Kong, Singapore, the Philippines, and Malaysia, managing transactions ranging from US$30 million to over US$500 million since the firm’s inception.

Previously, Eng Seng served in senior roles at TE Asia Healthcare, Fullerton Healthcare Group and ViAqua Therapeutics, where he led teams across Singapore, Hong Kong, South East Asia and Israel. Prior, he spent over a decade in investment banking with Royal Bank of Scotland, specializing in corporate strategy and capital markets coverage.

Eng Seng served on private and public boards, managing investor relations, and multi-disciplinary teams across regional markets, bringing a unique blend of strategic foresight and executional depth to Tamarind Health’s leadership team.

Sachin is a finance leader and Chartered Accountant with over 20 years of experience in driving financial transformation, corporate governance, and strategic growth across leading organizations in Asia and beyond. As Group Chief Financial Officer at Tamarind Health, he oversees the group’s financial strategy, capital management, and operational excellence across multiple markets.

Before joining Tamarind Health, Sachin held Chief Financial Officer roles at Healthway Medical Group, Adcorp Holdings, and Amtek Global Technologies, where he led international finance operations spanning Asia, Australia, and Africa. He also served as Chief Financial Officer at Sembawang Engineers and Constructors, managing group finance, M&A, and IPO readiness.

Sachin has a proven track record in fundraising, restructuring, M&A integration, and strategic planning, with deep expertise in aligning financial performance to long-term business growth. He is recognized for his analytical rigor, execution focus, and collaborative leadership, bringing strong financial stewardship to Tamarind Health’s leadership team.

Bob brings extensive experience across healthcare investment, corporate development, and management consulting, with a career spanning Asia, Australia, and the United States. As Senior Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development at Tamarind Health, he drives strategic initiatives, acquisitions, partnerships, and business transformation across the group’s oncology network.

Before joining Tamarind Health, Bob was Executive Director at Tikehau Capital, where he led healthcare investments and portfolio value creation across the Asia-Pacific region. He previously held a senior investment role at Seidler Equity Australia and also worked at Archer Capital in Sydney.

He began his career as a Consultant at Bain & Company in New York, Shanghai, and Sydney, advising clients on growth strategy and operational excellence.

Bob holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) from University of New South Wales and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania, combining clinical insight with financial and operational acumen to advance Tamarind Health’s mission of delivering world-class oncology care across Asia.

Bi Zhen is the Senior Vice President, Business Transformation at Tamarind Health, where she leads clinical and operational excellence initiatives across the Group and drives enterprise-wide transformation efforts.

She brings deep healthcare experience spanning clinical practice, operations, and leadership. Since the inception of Singapore Breast Surgery Center (SBSC), Bi Zhen has been instrumental in shaping the organisation, guiding it through key milestones, and contributing significantly to its growth as General Manager.

Prior to SBSC, she was the Senior Manager at AsiaMedic Limited. She began her career as a Diagnostic Medical Sonographer and Radiographer, and spent over 14 years at National University Hospital, building a strong foundation in patient care and clinical operations.

Bi Zhen holds a Master of Science in Diagnostic Medical Sonography from Monash University.
